Catastroika – a film by Aris Chatzistefanou and Katerina Kitidi

Catastroika a film by Aris Chatzistefanou und Katerina Kitidi will be presented in Lausanne Bellevaux 2013 at Cinéma Bellevaux.

The creators of Debtocracy,  Aris Chatzistefanou und Katerina Kitidi, a documentary with two million views broadcasted from Japan to Latin America, analyze the shifting of state assets to private hands. They travel round the world gathering data on privatization in developed countries and search for clues on the day after Greece’s massive privatization program.

The documentary “Catastroika” reveals the upcoming results of the current sell-off of Greek
public assets, which is enforced by invoking the national debt. Using examples below
others from London, Paris, Berlin, Moscow and Rome predicted “Catastroika” what happens if this privatization course will continue.
