Welcome to Koilon, the door to Greek culture in Switzerland.
The Koilon (pronounced as “Kilon”) is the part of an ancient greek theater, where the audience sat. The name derives from its semi-circular shape, wound around the orchestra. A Koilon is typically separated into wedge shaped sections by staircases. Some believe, that the spectators carried their own cushions along to sit more comfortably.
